Manual fruit harvest
Our fruit is harvested manually, thanks to which it does not suffer microdamage and does not rot faster.
Already during work, harvesters can conduct preliminary quality control and select only the best fruit.

Storage
We have cold stores with a very low oxygen concentration (ULO) and the capacity of 6000 tonnes, so our fruit is placed in the best environment already on the same day after harvesting.
Picked fruit can remain fresh even for several months – thanks to proper temperatures and composition of the atmosphere.

During the sorting process, we use water ducts to move fruit in order to limit the risk of damage. Already at this stage, preliminary natural washing is performed.
Mafroda sorting lines used by us include a camera controlling the quality as well as scales to weigh every apple, which improves work efficiency and safety. Sorting criteria include weight, type, size and colour, so that our clients receive the best specimen selected.

We care for the safety of our fruit not only on our premises but also during transportation to the client. We use the latest technologies. Packaging lines make the work easier and speed up the process of packing fruit in crates, moulded boxes of 6 kilograms and more, as well as other types of packaging.
